  • Does the price include hair?
    No the hair is not included but is available upon request or custom order for an additional charge. You may also bring your own hair but it must meet my quality standards.
  • Must I pay for hair in advance?
    All custom order or colored hair must be paid for in advance.
  • Should I schedule a consultation?
    We highly recommended scheduling a consultation, especially for new clients. This aids us in identifying the best extension service for you. Consultations are required for the following services: Extension Services: Brazilian knots I-tips K-tips Braidless Sew-in Microlink Weft Tape Ins Styling Services: Hair Color Relaxers
  • What is the refund policy?
    There are no refunds on services or hair extensions purchased. Should there be an issue please contact me directly to see what your options are.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept payments via the Booksy app, Cash, Square, Debit/Credit Card and Zelle.
  • Are deposits required?
    Deposits are required. When you select a service and book your appointment via Booksy, you will be advised of the requirement and the amount.
  • How do I book an appointment?
    We are excited to service you. There are two ways to book your appointment: 1) Visit www.luxelengthsllc.com and click the "Book Now" button on the home page or 2) Visit our scheduling site luxelengths.booksy.com Should you have any questions or need assistance, please contact the salon by calling 804-601-4447.
  • How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
    To cancel or reschedule an appointment please visit luxelengths.booksy.com within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. After that time you may forfeit your deposit or be charged a cancellation fee based on the service you selected. If you are a no show I will no longer service you without full pre-payment.
  • What happens if i'm going to be late to my appointment?
    In the event you may be late to your appointment, please contact us immediately by calling 804-601-4447 to advise. All clients receive a 10 minute grace period after 10 minutes have passed you will be charged a late fee. In some instances you may also be required to reschedule if late arrival impacts our ability to service fellow clients. Thank you for understanding.
  • Can I reuse my hair?
    Yes you can provided it is still in good condition. Luxe Lengths extensions can normally be used for at least 3 installs. I will not install previously used extensions that have been cut into tiny pieces
  • How long will my install last?
    The length of time your install service will last depends on the technique and your hair texture. Please see below estimates based on our experience: Brazilian knots: 3-4 months Invisible Microlink Weft Installs: 3-3.5 months (with a maintenance appoinment every 4 weeks) Strand by strand: 3-4 months (with maintenance) Tape- ins: 4-6 weeks Traditional installs: 6-10 weeks
  • How often should I wash my hair?
    Maintenance is also available and I recommend a shampoo at least every 2 weeks. It is best to see me for your maintenance appointments, should you go elsewhere please ensure that they use professional products to maintain the quality of your extensions. Luxe Lengths is not responsible for any damage done by other salons.
